1. The service

Hampox provides an AI-powered platform to create, host, edit, and manage a business website, including features such as WhatsApp ordering, visitor analytics, and content editing. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

2. Your account

You sign in securely with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate business information and use the service only for a lawful business that you own or are authorised to represent.

3. Plans, billing & trial

You can start free. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. You can cancel anytime; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hampox for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Your content

You own the content you add (text, images, product information). You grant Hampox the permission needed to host, display, and process that content so we can run your website on your behalf.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hampox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
