Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Hampox. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial
You can start and build for free — no credit card and no charge during the free trial. You only pay when you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing support.info@hampox.app. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you are not billed again.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your first paid month, contact us within 7 days of that first payment and we will issue a full refund. Renewal payments for later months are non-refundable once the new billing period has begun.
How to request a refund
Email support.info@hampox.app from your registered email with your account details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Try it before you pay anything
You can build your site and put it online without entering a card. Payment only comes up if you choose to subscribe.
Free for 14 days. No card needed. Then ₹99 for your first month.
