Information we collect

We collect: your account email (via Google sign-in), the phone number you verify, the business details and content you add to your site, and usage and analytics data about how your site and dashboard are used.

How we use it

We use your information to create and host your website, verify your identity, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with trusted providers that help us run Hampox, including Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payment processing), WhatsApp / Meta (verification and customer ordering), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and AI processing), and our email provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

How we use AI

Hampox builds your website using AI. The business details and instructions you give us — your business name, what you sell, your description, and any notes you type or dictate — are sent to AI models running on Cloudflare Workers AI so they can design your pages and write your content. We do not send your customers’ personal details to AI models.

Data security & isolation

Every business is given its own private, isolated data space, so your customers and data are kept separate from other businesses. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and its data, by emailing support.info@hampox.app. We handle these requests manually and aim to complete them within 30 days.

When we delete an account we remove your business details, your website content, your products and your images. We keep one thing afterwards: a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address and phone number, plus a record of whether the free trial was used. We cannot read a phone number or email back out of that record — we use it only to recognise a returning customer and to stop the free trial being claimed repeatedly. If you would prefer we did not keep even that, say so in your request and we will discuss it with you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

Children

Hampox is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
